Terms governing the use of Strata Development Platform services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Strata Development Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Services Description
Strata Development Platform provides software development, consulting, and related technology services as described in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Client Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of access credentials, and use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced specifically for you under a service agreement are your intellectual property upon full payment. Our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials remain our property.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement as specified in your service contract. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
